Luminol Marketing was born from an electrifying truth: sometimes the most extraordinary potential is hidden in plain sight—until the right spark reveals it.
For founders Michaela Turcotte and Jeris Chalmers-Wein, that spark was each other.
They met while working together and quickly realized something rare was happening. Michaela’s creative brilliance and marketing instinct paired seamlessly with Jeris’ charm, integrity, and passion for helping people grow. Where one imagined, the other grounded. Where one built, the other refined. Together, ideas didn’t just work—they came alive. But as they collaborated, they kept seeing the same pattern: small business owners pouring their hearts into their dreams, working tirelessly, doing everything right… yet still struggling with the marketing support they deserved. Not because they lacked passion or hustle—far from it—but because no one had ever given them the tools, guidance, or light to show their full potential.
